Estrategia pedagógica para fortalecer la práctica docente y aprovechar el tiempo libre de los niños y niñas de la escuela maternal Fungui´s

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo es fruto del Semillero de Investigación de Arte y pedagogía SIAP de la Institución Universitaria Antonio José Camacho, con el cual se logró llevar a cabo el estudio de una problemática que hace alusión al fortalecimiento de la práctica docente en los grados párvulos, pre jardín y jardín de la Escuela Maternal Fungui´s orientado a contribuir con el desarrollo motor de los niños y niñas durante los tiempos libres que disponen dentro de este contexto educativo.

Para alcanzar cada uno de los objetivos propuestos se lleva a cabo un estudio cualitativo, el cual permite realizar una observación, caracterización de la práctica docente; como también la identificación de algunos de los factores que inciden para que esta no se pueda desarrollar eficazmente durante los tiempos establecidos en la institución.

A partir de lo anterior se plantea el diseño de una estrategia que contribuirá a la organización, adquisición de información y realización de diversas experiencias que cada docente podrá acoger; no obstante, para ello es conveniente indagar y preguntar a las maestras a través de la observación, encuestas y otras técnicas de información sobre las diferentes estrategias y formas que plantean en su práctica docente; de esta manera se da a conocer la estrategia teniendo en cuenta sus concepciones y trabajo.

The present research work starts from the study of a problem that alludes to the strengthening of the teaching practice in the grades of kindergarten, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten of the Escuela Maternal Fungui´s and in turn reflects the motor development of children and girls during Free time available within this educational context.

To achieve each of the proposed objectives, a qualitative study is carried out that allows an observation, characterization of the teaching practice; as well as the identification of some of the factors that affect it so that it cannot develop effectively during the times established in the institution.

Based on the above, the design of a strategy that will contribute to the organization, the acquisition of information and the realization of various experiences that each teacher can host is proposed; However, for this it is convenient to ask and ask teachers through surveys and other information techniques about the different strategies and ways they propose in their teaching practice; In this way, the strategy is revealed taking into account their conceptions and their work.
