Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de comida rápida gourmet, en el sector de Ciudad Jardín al sur de Cali

Abstract

En el presente estudio se plantea la realización de un análisis del servicio de comidas rápidas tipo gourmet y estará ubicado al sur de Cali en el sector de Ciudad Jardín. En el caso de la comuna 22 de la ciudad de Cali, Colombia, se inicia con la evaluación del desarrollo del nivel de la presentación del servicio de comidas rápidas tipo gourmet, teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos en el estudio y los lineamientos establecidos para la prestación de este servicio, se propone un la creación del restaurante de comidas rápidas tipo gourmet, que permite planear, diseñar y orientar la prestación del servicio de comidas rápidas con alto nivel de profesionalismo con el fin de mejorar la presentación del servicio e impactar en el mejoramiento de la calidad del mismo.

In the present study, an analysis of the gourmet fast food service is proposed and will be located south of Cali in the Ciudad Jardín sector.
