Propuesta de mejora a los procesos de tesorería para la empresa SEMA S.A.S

Abstract

Actualmente las funciones de tesorería ocupan un papel central en las finanzas de una organización figurando como el área responsable de organizar y gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con el flujo monetario. Por lo tanto, este proyecto pretende proponer una mejora para los procesos del área de tesorería de la empresa SEMA S.A.S ante los problemas identificados durante la investigación, se evidencio que no cuenta con un debido control de tesorería para el manejo del dinero. Con el desarrollo de este proyecto pretende reducir al mínimo los costes derivados del manejo de la empresa garantizar y optimizar la liquidez de esta, logrando una gestión eficiente, mediante políticas y procesos que deben llevarse a cabo.

Currently, treasury functions play a central role in the finances of an organization, appearing as the area responsible for organizing and managing all activities related to the flow of money. Therefore, treasury area of this project intends to propose an improvement for the processes of the the company SEMA S.A.S in view of the problems identified during the investigation, it was evidenced that it does not have proper treasury control for money management. With the development of this project, it aims to minimize the costs derived from the management of the company, guarantee and optimize its liquidity, achieving efficient management, through policies and processes that must be carried out.
