dc.description.abstract | El Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo además de ser un requisito legal, es una necesidad corporativa que, por un lado, busca prevenir los accidentes y las enfermedades laborales con el fin de brindar unas adecuadas condiciones laborales mediante la identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración de los riesgos, y por otro lado el bienestar del trabajador. Consiste en el desarrollo de un proceso lógico y por etapas, basado en la mejora continua y que incluye la política, la organización, la planificación, la aplicación, la evaluación, la auditoría y las acciones de mejora. Se tiene como objetivo el Diseño del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en una microempresa del sector de las confecciones en el Municipio de Santiago de Cali - Departamento del Valle del Cauca. Para la investigación se utilizó la metodología de estudio descriptivo cuantitativo, donde se utilizó como instrumento el Decreto 1072 del 2015 Libro 2, Parte 2,Título 4 y Capitulo 6 y la Resolución 0312 de 2019. El desarrollo del proyecto de investigación se hace en tres etapas, la primera: realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa objeto de estudio en Seguridad y salud en el Trabajo mediante la aplicación de una herramienta 13 suministrada por la Institución Universitaria Antonio José Camacho para validar el cumplimiento de la norma. La segunda etapa consiste en identificar los peligros emanados del diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa por medio de la matriz de peligros, evaluación y valoración de los riesgos encontrados. Y en la tercera fase diseñar el plan de acción para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Como instrumento de medición se utilizó la herramienta antes mencionada suministrada por la Universidad, las directrices consignadas en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 y la tabla de estándares mínimos de la Resolución 0312 del 2019. La empresa tiene implementado medianamente el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Cuenta con algunos documentos y está en el proceso de completar la implementación de todos los requisitos exigidos en la normatividad. En la evaluación realizada con la herramienta se encontró un cumplimiento del 57.2 % del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de, es decir, está en un nivel crítico de cumplimiento. En conclusión, se logra diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, con lo cual la empresa podrá trabajar en mejorar los estándares de cumplimiento. Este trabajo servirá de guía para el diseño del SG-SST a desarrollar en las pequeñas empresas del sector de las confecciones y otros sectores productivos que lo requieran para cumplir los requisitos de Ley, mejorar los niveles de Productividad, Calidad y Seguridad en el Trabajo. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in addition to being a legal requirement, is a corporate necessity that, on the one hand, seeks to prevent accidents and occupational diseases in order to provide adequate working conditions by identifying hazards , evaluation and assessment of risks, and on the other hand, the well-being of the worker. It consists of the development of a logical and phased process, based on continuous improvement and that includes policy, organization, planning, application, evaluation, auditing and improvement actions. The objective is to design the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG- SST) in a micro-company in the clothing sector in the Municipality of Santiago de Cali - Department of Valle del Cauca. For the research, the quantitative descriptive study methodology will be specified, where Decree 1072 of 2015 Book 2, Title 4 and Chapter 6 and Resolution 0312 of 2019 will be considered as an instrument. The development of the research project is carried out in three stages, the First: make the diagnosis of the current situation of the company under study in Occupational Safety and Health through the application of a tool provided by the Antonio José Camacho University Institution to validate compliance with the standard. The second stage consists of identifying the dangers arising from the diagnosis of the current situation of the company through the matrix of dangers, evaluation and evaluation of the risks found. And in the third phase, design the action plan for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
