Las concepciones de juego del maestro reflejadas en los procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje

Abstract

La presente investigación aborda las concepciones que tiene el maestro acerca del juego, como estrategia en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje en el aula de clase con los niños del grado primero de básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Bautista, ubicada en la ciudad Santiago de Cali (Valle) Esta investigación es un tipo de estudio base o aplicada que busca la generación de un conocimiento alrededor de la aplicación directa de una problemática en un proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje en un contexto educativo, donde las necesidades e intereses del niño y la niña del grado primero de primaria de la institución bautista van relacionados con el juego, teniendo en cuenta que este método contribuye al mejoramiento de la calidad en los niños y niñas en su primera etapa de escolarización, en el cual se pueden desenvolver de manera creativa, libre e independiente, aportando al niño y a la niña ánimo y confianza en su desempeño y en sí mismo; es allí en que la institución educativa Bautista representa el eje central teniendo en cuenta las concepciones que tienen cada uno de los maestros con relación al juego para contribuir al desarrollo cognitivo, emocional, social y pedagógico en los niños y niñas del grado primero de primaria El proceso se inicia caracterizando las concepciones de juego que tienen los maestros en su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, llevando a cabo la observación, la entrevista y el análisis documental, donde a través de un acercamiento descriptivo se logre dar respuesta a la pregunta problema y así mismo el alcance de los objetivos. El apoyo de cada uno de los maestros de la institución Bautista, fue fundamental en todo este proceso de investigación. Para la recolección de los datos, se aplicó una metodología de tipo cualitativa, para adquirir una información apropiada acerca de las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje. El apoyo metodológico efectuado por los maestros a cargo, permite formular y recopilar la caracterización del trabajo realizado durante el proceso en clase; donde la vinculación entre las familias y los maestros son bastante motivadoras e importantes en relación al proceso y desarrollo en el aprendizaje de los niños y niñas a través del juego. 9 En la investigación se describe como ha sido la formación y la concepción que han construido cada uno de los maestros, en torno al juego, como método de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Durante todo este proceso fue necesario realizar varias visitas para obtener resultados amplios con relación al uso que le dan al juego en los procesos del aprendizaje de los niños y niñas en el grado primero. Esta se fundamenta en generar por medio de una descripción la caracterización, para demostrar los aciertos acerca de lo que es el Juego desde las concepciones constituidas por los maestros, considerando lo teórico y la búsqueda adquirida Los niveles educativos que ofrece la institución: Preescolar, Básica Primaria, Básica Secundaria y Media Técnica, es un colegio mixto, de calendario B, y una sola jornada en la mañana; con un modelo Cristocéntrico y significativo, pues le permite organizar, recapacitar, ajustar y razonar por sí mismo, donde el maestro es solo el guía en su proceso de la enseñanza aprendizaje; pero también en los fundamentos formativos del evangelio guiado en valores y principios cristianos, pues sus bases y principios están guiados por medio de la biblia. En el grupo del grado primero, ven 11 asignaturas: inglés, informática, ética y valores, educación física y las otras 7 las enseña el sujeto 1, matemáticas, español, sociales, naturales, cátedra para la paz, artística, emprendimiento quién es la directora del grupo del grado primero de la institución Bautista. En esta indagación participaron 5 maestros, (4) mujeres, entre ellas una practicante de la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios UNIMINUTO, quien realiza sus prácticas en la institución Bautista, hace 2 meses y medio, y el quinto maestro quien enseña Educación física en el grado primero de primaria, los maestros están entre las edades de 25 a 45 años, la mayoría llevan entre 1 y 10 años de estar elaborando en la institución Bautista, el perfil académico de cada uno de los maestros es el universitario, el sujeto 2 menciona haber estudiado técnica de mercadeo y sujeto 3 menciona haber estudiado un curso a nivel deportivo, hay un total de 15 maestros, 5 en la primaria y 10 en el bachiller. Finalmente se hace un análisis documental y experiencial, recopilándola información durante el proceso de la investigación, en el cual se evidenció las categorías y las variables, en torno a las percepciones que tienen los maestros acerca del juego

The present investigation approaches the conceptions that the teacher has about the game, like strategy in the processes of teaching learning in the classroom with the children of the first grade of basic primary of the Baptist Educational Institution, located in the city Santiago de Cali (Valle) This research is a type of basic or applied study that seeks the generation of knowledge around the direct application of a problem in a teaching - learning process in an educational context, where the needs and interests of the first grade boy and girl of the Baptist institution are related to the game, taking into account that this method contributes to the improvement of quality in children in their first stage of schooling, in which they can develop creatively, freely and independently, providing the child and the girl with encouragement and confidence in their performance and in themselves; it is there that the Baptist educational institution represents the central axis taking into account the conceptions that each one of the teachers has regarding the game to contribute to the cognitive, emotional, social and pedagogical development in the boys and girls of the first grade of primary school. The process begins by characterizing the conceptions of the game that teachers have in their teaching-learning process, carrying out observation, interview and documentary analysis, where through a descriptive approach it is possible to answer the problem and likewise the scope of the objectives. The support of each one of the teachers of the Baptist institution was fundamental in all this research process. For data collection, a qualitative methodology was applied to acquire appropriate information about teaching-learning strategies. The methodological support provided by the teachers in charge, allows to formulate and compile the characterization of the work done during the class process; where the link between families and teachers are quite motivating and important in relation to the process and development of children's learning through play. The research describes how the training and conception that each of the teachers have built, around 11 the game, as a method of teaching and learning. Throughout this process it was necessary to make several visits to obtain broad results in relation to the use they give to the game in the learning processes of children in the first grade. This is based on generating by means of a description the characterization, to demonstrate the successes about what the Game is from the conceptions constituted by the teachers, considering the theoretical and the acquired search. The educational levels offered by the institution: Preschool, Basic Primary, Secondary Basic and Technical Media, is a mixed school, with a B calendar, and a single day in the morning; with a Christ-centered and meaningful model, because it allows him to organize, reconsider, adjust and reason for himself, where the teacher is only the guide in his teaching learning process; but also in the formative foundations of the gospel guided by Christian values and principles, since its foundations and principles are guided by the bible. In the first grade group, they see 11 subjects: English, computer science, ethics and values, physical education and the other 7 are taught by subject 1, mathematics, Spanish, social, natural, chair for peace, artistic, entrepreneurship, who is the director of the group of the first degree of the Baptist institution. Five teachers participated in this investigation, (4) women, among them a practitioner of the University Corporation Minuto de Dios UNIMINUTO, who practices in the Baptist institution, 2 months and a half ago, and the fifth teacher who teaches Physical Education in the first grade of primary school, teachers are between the ages of 25 to 45 years, most take between 1 and 10 years to be preparing in the Baptist institution, the academic profile of each of the teachers is the university, subject 2 mentions Having studied marketing technique and subject 3 mentions having studied a course at a sporting level, there are a total of 15 teachers, 5 in the primary and 10 in the bachelor.
