Diversidad sexual, políticas educativas y convivencia escolar, caso corporación educativa popular liceo la amistad, 2017-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, caracteriza la incidencia de la diversidad sexual en la convivencia escolar, teniendo en cuenta que las dinámicas sociales y los antecedentes de violencia del país han influenciado los ambientes escolares. Para este ejercicio de investigación, se toma como caso de estudio la Corporación Educativa Popular Liceo la Amistad de la ciudad de Cali, ubicada en una zona periférica de la ciudad, caracterizada por ser un sector socialmente vulnerable. La investigación tiene un enfoque metodológico cualitativo, en un estudio de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo, utilizando técnicas como observación participante y no participante, entrevistas, grupos focales y el análisis documental. Dentro de los resultados se pudo evidenciar la incidencia de las expresiones de diversidad sexual en la convivencia escolar en la institución, identificando su impacto en la generación de conflictos, que si bien no necesariamente desembocan en violencia física, si generan cotidianamente situaciones de violencia simbólica en el discurso y en la negación de la problemática a través de mecanismos de poder que se han establecido en el contexto.

This final investigation report characterizes the sexual diversity incidence in the school environment. Keeping in mind the different social dynamics and how the country violence antecedents have influenced in the school environment which generates a serial of interventions from our State. For this investigation exercise, the Corporación Educativa Popular Liceo la Amistad from Cali was taken as the study case. For the recollection of the information, the project was based on a methodology with a qualitative model due that the inquired was exposed by inter-subjective relations. In this order the profundity is explorative and descriptive type; therefore techniques such as the participant's observation and nonparticipants, interviews, focus groups and document analysis were taken. According to the results, we were able to evidence the incidence of sexual diversity expressions within the school coexistence in the institution, identifying its impact on the conflict generation, although they don't lead to physical violence they cause speech symbolic violence and in the denial of the problem through power mechanisms that have been established within the context.
