Accidentalidad en Colombia de las empresas en el sector manufacturero durante década (2009 - 2019)

Abstract

Durante los últimos años el sector manufacturero ha experimentado un crecimiento significativo, siendo esta la razón por la que ha logrado sobresalir entre las demás industrias colombianas, lo que ha despertado la necesidad de estudiar como los cambios que han experimentado estas empresas en temas de mano de obra, logísticos, operativos y tecnológicos; influyen en el incremento de los índices de accidentalidad laboral dentro de estas organizaciones. Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo con corte trasversal y el objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar cuál fue la influencia de la accidentalidad en el sector manufacturero durante el periodo 2009 hasta el 2019, teniendo en cuenta la gran importancia que tiene el sector económico a nivel mundial y especialmente en el mercado Colombiano, en el cual hicimos este enfoque teniendo en cuenta su historia, crecimiento económico, crecimiento laboral y el alcance en el país; basándonos en registros históricos, cifras oficiales, recopilando información y utilizando recursos como investigaciones realizadas y artículos adicionales.

During the last years the manufacturing sector has experienced significant growth, this being the reason why it has stood out among the other Colombian industries, which has awakened the need to study how the changes that these companies have experienced in matters of work, logistics, operations and technology; they influence the increase in accident rates at work within these organizations. It is a descriptive research with a cross section and the objective of this research was to determine what influence of accidents in the manufacturing sector during the period 2009 to 2019, taking into account the great influence that the economic sector has worldwide and especially in the Colombian market, in which we made this approach taking into account its history, economic growth, job growth and scope in the country; based on historical records, official figures, gathering information and using resources such as research and additional articles.
