Propuesta de estructura organizacional para la empresa soluciones integrales TN ubicada en la ciudad de Cali

Abstract

La empresa soluciones integrales TN hace parte del sector secundario ubicado en uno de sus pilares que es la construcción ofreciendo servicios de construcción remodelación y acabados, lleva poco tiempo en el mercado, pero gracias a su gran trabajo ha logrado un reconocimiento y buenas recomendaciones de sus clientes lo que le ha traído cerrar muchos más contratos. Desde su inicio la empresa no implementó una estructura organizacional para su funcionalidad, por lo cual debe elaborar un diseño organizacional de manera completa, desde la definición de las funciones y cargos de manera jerárquica hasta el diseño un organigrama donde se desplieguen las distintas áreas involucradas para el funcionamiento óptimo de la misma. En primera instancia se propone una reunión con el propietario de la empresa para revisar los archivos existentes y dar inicio al diseño de la estructura organizacional, teniendo en cuenta que la información que pueda ser aportada es valiosa tanto para el proceso de exploración inicial como para el logro del objetivo de construir una estructura organizacional. Este proyecto es relevante para la empresa pues le brindara la oportunidad de aumentar la eficiencia y eficacia con la que desarrollan sus diferentes procesos, al estar debidamente estructuradas y definidas las diferentes áreas que funcionan dentro de la misma los niveles de comunicación y dependencias, lo que contribuye con el logro de las metas y objetivos de manera efectiva.

The company Soluciones Integrales TN is part of the secondary sector located in one of its pillars which is construction, offering construction services, remodeling and finishes, it has been in the market for a short time, but thanks to its great work it has achieved recognition and good recommendations from its clients, which has led him to close many more contracts. Since its inception the company did not implement an organizational structure for its functionality, for which it must develop an organizational design in a complete way, from the definition of the functions and positions in a hierarchical way to the design of an organization chart where the different areas involved are displayed to the optimal functioning of it. In the first instance, a meeting with the owner of the company is proposed to review the existing files and start the design of the organizational structure, taking into account that the information that can be provided is valuable both for the initial exploration process and for the achievement of the objective of building an organizational structure. This project is relevant for the company because it will provide the opportunity to increase the efficiency and effectiveness with which they develop their different processes, as the different areas that work within it are properly structured and defined, the levels of communication and dependencies, which contributes to the achievement of goals and objectives effectively.
