Desarrollo de un brazo robótico Scara clasificador de objetos

Abstract

El brazo robótico tipo Scara es un brazo que se concibió como una alternativa para mostrar a los estudiantes, una forma de recrear algunos procesos industriales desde el punto de vista de la academia. Este está formado por cuatro sistemas se complementan entre sí: sistema mecánico, sistema de alimentación, sistema de control, sistema de potencia. Su estructura tuvo algunos cambios en sus materiales y en el diseño de algunas piezas, la fuente de alimentación es la adecuada para el sistema, contando con 12v y 10A, el sistema de control es producto de la interacción de arduino, G-code sender y la CNC shield, esta interactúa con el sistema de potencia por medio de los drivers, encargados de controlar el suministro de corriente que llega a los motores. Se realizaron varias pruebas las cuales fueron satisfactorias en su mayoría, dándole un buen índice de rendimiento y eficiencia al brazo.

The Scara type robotic arm is an arm that was conceived as an alternative to show the students, a way to recreate some industrial processes from the point of view of the academy. This is formed by four systems complement each other: mechanical system, power system, control system, power system. Its structure had some changes in its materials and in the design of some parts, the power supply is very efficient, the control system is product of the interaction of Arduino, G-code sender and the CNC shield, this interacts with the system of power through the drivers, responsible for controlling the power supply that reaches the engines. Several tests were carried out, which were mostly satisfactory, giving the arm a good performance and efficiency index.
