Creación de un programa de home care al interios de Koryta SAS en los municipios de Guachené y Villa Rica

Abstract

El presente trabajo plantea la necesidad de realizar un diseño de plan de mercadeo de un programa de home care, en los Municipios de Guachene y Villa Rica. En la investigación y tal como se especifica en los objetivos y se ve reflejado en los resultados, se planteó elaborar un plan estratégico, en el cual se logra determinar los servicios, organigrama, matriz DOFA y plan de acción. Los instrumentos y entrevistas elaborados permitirán: determinar si las EPS y/o los usuarios están dispuestos a contratar el servicio y además de identificar la necesidad y aceptabilidad del servicio en la comunidad, se presenta el análisis financiero y viabilidad de la empresa. De la investigación se concluye que el estudio se constituyó en una herramienta que dio fundamentación para el direccionamiento estratégico adecuado del programa. La propuesta puede ser financiada con recursos públicos o privados.

This work raises the need to design a marketing plan for a home care program in the municipalities of Guachene and Villa Rica. In the investigation and as specified in the objectives and is reflected in the results, it was proposed to develop a strategic plan, in which it is possible to determine the services, organization chart, SWOT matrix and action plan. The instruments and interviews prepared will make it possible to: determine if the EPS and / or users are willing to contract the service and, in addition to identifying the need and acceptability of the service in the community, the financial analysis and viability of the company are presented. From the research it is concluded that the study was constituted in a tool that provided the foundation for the adequate strategic direction of the program. The proposal can be financed with public or private resources.
