Se realizo un estudio técnico que permitió establecer lo necesario para la operatividad de la empresa, un estudio administrativo y legal, que permitió identificar el organigrama de la empresa, las funciones de cargos y los pasos necesarios para la constitución de la empresa y un estudio financiero que estableció los costos, gastos e ingresos, el cual determinó la factibilidad de crear la empresa.The present article is a easibility study to create a company that sells women's lingerie in the city of Cali. For this study, market research was carried out where it is analyzed that of 100% of the women in the city of Cali, 60 % is the equivalent of 711,063 women in the age range of 20 to 54 years, which determines the survey of 106 women, allowing the identification of the target population, interest and perception of consumers today.
