dc.description.abstractRESUMEN Las estrategias de un sistema gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SGSST), están fundamentadas para la prevención y gestión de la seguridad y salud para los colaboradores en una organización, como también la productividad de la misma. Por ello, se diseñó un nuevo SGSST, para la microempresa QUIMICOS DEL VALLE UNO A S.A.S, donde fueron identificados factores que influyen en la problemática de no contar con el mencionado sistema, lo cual impide la prevención de futuros accidentes y enfermedades laborales. Para la metodología de la presente investigación se tomaron como muestra cinco colaboradores por contracción directa, se realizó un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de estudio fue descriptivo que permitió la profundización y análisis de cada resultado, basándose en las herramientas que sirvieron para la recolección de información en SST. Posteriormente el diseño fue no experimental transversal, debido a que los resultados no se sometieron a hipótesis y se obtuvieron en un único momento. Las herramientas utilizadas fueron el diagnóstico inicial de la UNIAJC, estableciéndose una entrevista con la encargada de SST de Químicos del Valle Uno A S.A.S, seguidamente se realizó registros fotográficos de evidencias del SGSST, valoración de riesgos y encuesta basada al perfil sociodemográfico (Edad, sexo, escolaridad, algunas condiciones de salud y formación). Los resultados adquiridos con las herramientas de recolección de datos, permitió la interpretación, análisis y creación de un nuevo DISEÑO DE SGSST, que cumpliera con el Decreto 1072 de 2015, realizándose un plan de mejoramiento y de capacitación, orientados a las falencias y las necesidades inmediatas encontradas en Químicos del Valle Uno A S.A.S, en la actualidad, tomando como prioridad los riesgos altos el químico que relaciono el sistema globalmente armonizado (SGA) y condiciones de seguridad por accidentes de tránsito y el riesgo público.spa
dc.description.abstractThe strategies of an occupational health and safety management system (SGSST) are essential for the prevention and management of nedth and safety for employees in an organization, as wer as its productivity. For this reason, a new SGSST was developed for the microenterprise QUIMICOS DEL VALLE VNO A SAS. Where factors that influence the problem of not having the aforementioned system were identified, which prevents the prevention of future accidents and occupational disease. For the methodology of the present investigation, five collaborators were taken as a sample by direct contraction a quantitative approach was carried out, the type of study woy descriptive that allowed the deepening and analysis of each result, they expanded on the took that served for the collection of information in SST. Subsequently, the design was non-experimental cross-sectional, because the results were not hypothesized and were obtained in a single moment. The tod’s used were the initial diagnosis of the UNAJC, establishing an interview with the person in charge of SST of QUIMICOS DEL VALLE UNO A SAS. Then photographic records of evidence of the SGSST and on word areas were mode; Matrix and a survey based on the socio demographic profile (age,sex,education,some heculth conditions , and training) were carried out . The recuts acquired with the data collection tod’s, allowed the interpretation, analysis and creation of a new SGSST DESIGN, which complied with decree 1072 of 2015 carrying out and needs. Currently, taking as a reference in terms of ring risks the chemical that related the globally harmonized system (SGA) and safely conditions due to traffic accidents and public risk.eng
