Las jefaturas femeninas y el bienestar de las familias en el corregimiento de Robles, Jamundí - Valle del Cauca

Abstract

El documento a presentar es una compilación descriptiva y sistematizada del abordaje de los temas relacionados con la mujer madre jefa de hogar del corregimiento de Robles “Jamundí Valle”, las prácticas de crianza y cuidado de los hijos e hijas, a partir de la ocupación que desempeñan, cómo conformar una familia monoparental, las limitaciones que enfrentan en el mundo del trabajo y el contexto económico. Por consiguiente, se intenta dar a conocer las estrategias a las que han tenido que recurrir, con el fin de suplir las múltiples necesidades de sus familias y las formas de asumir tales compromisos, principalmente, los relacionados con la crianza y cuidado de sus hijos. A partir de los resultados que surgieron mediante la metodología cualitativa con la herramienta acción participativa a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, se capturan los momentos del ciclo vital de las familias monoparentales.

The document to be presented is a descriptive and systematized compilation of the approach to the issues related to the female mother head of the household of the village of Robles "Jamundi, Valle" the practices of raising and caring for children from the occupation they perform , the family limits of forming a single-parent family, the limitations that it faces in the world of work, and the economic context, for which, the experiences are doomed in meeting multiple needs and assuming different commitments, faced with the challenges related to their upbringing and beware. From the holistic results that emerged through the qualitative methodology with the participatory action tool through semi-structured interviews, capturing the moments of the life cycle of single-parent families.
