Diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la Microempresa PIZZERÍA MANOTAS de la ciudad de Palmira

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca diagnosticar la situación actual en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la microempresa Pizzería Manotas, ubicada en la ciudad de Palmira – Valle y con 32 años de servicio, ya que la misma no conocía todos los puntos que se deben tener en cuenta para poder implementar estos sistemas de gestión, así como su importancia dentro del ámbito laboral. Se organizarán encuestas y procesos investigativos en la misma microempresa y con todo su personal administrativo y operativo, para poder encontrar todos los puntos a mejorar y las condiciones inseguras que se puedan presentar. Una vez diagnosticados los riesgos, peligros y condiciones laborales de la microempresa, se llevara a cabo un proceso de diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo que busca, que a futuro se pueda implementar todo el sistema de gestión para un mejoramiento de las condiciones laborales de la Pizzería Manotas y por ende generar un ambiente de prevención y cuidado de todo lo relacionado a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para evitar futuros incidentes y problemas legales.

The present work seeks to diagnose the current situation in terms of safety and health at work of the Pizzería Manotas microenterprise, located in the city of Palmira - Valle and with 32 years of service, since it did not know all the points that must be take into account in order to implement these management systems, as well as their importance within the workplace. Surveys and investigative processes will be organized in the microenterprise itself and with all its administrative and operational staff, in order to find all the points to improve and unsafe conditions that may arise. Once the risks, hazards and working conditions of the microenterprise have been diagnosed, a process of designing a management system for occupational health and safety that it seeks will be carried out, so that in the future the entire management system can be implemented for a improvement of the working conditions of the Manotas Pizzeria and therefore generate an environment of prevention and care of everything related to safety and health at work, to avoid future incidents and legal problems.
