Desarrollo del modelo de atención intercultural en salud a través del proceso administrativo de la IPSI Ukawesx Nasa C’xhab del Municipio de Caldono-Cauca para 2017-2018

Abstract

Esta investigación se realizó con dos variables con el propósito de analizar el proceso administrativo de la IPS Indígena Ukawe’sx Nasa C’xhab de Caldono y el desarrollo del Modelo de atención Intercultural en salud. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva en el que se analiza paso a paso cada uno de los elementos del proceso administrativo y se describe el modelo de atención intercultural en salud como un conjunto de políticas sociales, financieras, estrategias, lineamientos y herramientas enfocadas en la salud Familiar, Comunitaria e Intercultural que complementándose, organiza las acciones de cuidado de la Salud de los indígenas, permitiendo la integralidad de los diferentes niveles de complejidad en la red de prestadores. Por su longitud en el tiempo es de corte transversal ya que se hizo un análisis desde el año 2017 a 2018, utilizando métodos empíricos y teóricos como la observación directa, revisión documental, entrevistas a los trabajadores contando con la participación de la directiva de la asociación, la coordinación del programa de salud, representante legal, un coordinador general de IPSI, cinco facilitadores de los componentes del Sistema Indígena de Salud Propia e Intercultural - SISPI, encargado del área de calidad y encargado del área financiera. Se revisa el documento de Modelo de atención intercultural de salud con todos sus componentes y luego se analiza el proceso administrativo de la Institución para saber cómo está orientada la IPSI para alcanzar lo propuesto en dicho modelo. El propósito es determinar si el proceso administrativo que realiza la institución está ayudando para el logro de los objetivos del Modelo de Atención en salud Intercultural planeado para las comunidades indígenas del municipio de Caldono; El Objetivo es analizar y sugerir como mejorar el proceso administrativo de la IPSI Ukawe’sx Nasa C’xhab para el desarrollo del modelo de atención intercultural. De acuerdo con el análisis y discusión de los hallazgos se midieron las variables de estudio con el fin de encontrar resultados en el proceso de administración de la IPSI. Se espera que la investigación además de contribuir en nuestra formación, se convierta en una herramienta de mejoramiento organizacional para la empresa. De manera, que se destaca que cualquier momento es bueno para realizar un plan de mejoramiento, que este, no solo se debe elaborar cuando se considere que la organización está fallando en algo, todo lo contrario, la importancia de esta técnica reside en que con su aplicación se puede contribuir a mejorar y encontrar debilidades y afianzar las fortalezas de la organización

A descriptive research was carried out in which each of the elements of the administrative process is analyzed step by step and the model of intercultural health care is described as a set of social and financial policies, strategies, guidelines and tools focused on Family health, Community and Intercultural that complementing each other, organizes the actions of health care of the indigenous people, allowing the integrality of the different levels of complexity in the network of providers. Due to its length in time, it is cross-sectional since an analysis was made from 2017 to 2018, using empirical and theoretical methods such as direct observation, documentary review, interviews with workers, with the participation of the association's board of directors. , the coordination of the health program, legal representative, a general coordinator of IPSI, five facilitators of the components of the Indigenous System of Own and Intercultural Health - SISPI, in charge of the quality area and in charge of the financial area. The Intercultural Health Care Model document with all its components is reviewed and then the administrative process of the Institution is analyzed to find out how the IPSI is oriented to achieve what is proposed in said model. The purpose is to determine if the administrative process carried out by the institution is helping to achieve the objectives of the Intercultural Health Care Model planned for the indigenous communities of the municipality of Caldono; The objective is to analyze and suggest how to improve the administrative process of the IPSI Ukawe’sx Nasa C’xhab for the development of the intercultural care model. In accordance with the analysis and discussion of the findings, the study variables were measured in order to find results in the IPSI administration process. The processes of planning, organization, integration of personnel, direction and control were evaluated, and from this evaluation a report is delivered to the institution.
