Diagnóstico del Costo de las Enfermedades Huérfanas y de Alto Costo Dentro del SGSSS en Colombia entre los Años 2010 a 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, consiste en el diagnóstico del costo de las enfermedades huérfanas y de alto costo dentro del sistema general de seguridad social en salud en Colombia entre los años 2010 a 2020, Esto dentro del área de facturación de una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de salud. El problema de investigación fue diagnosticar las variables que impactan el costo de las enfermedades huérfanas y de alto costo, dentro del sistema general de seguridad social en salud en Colombia entre los años 2010 a 2020. Dicho análisis, nos ayudara a conocer el impacto que han tenido estas patologías dentro del SGSSS en Colombia. Donde el problema surge por el desconocimiento de la normatividad, evolución de las enfermedades huérfanas y de alto costo. La investigación se realizó en base a la metodología de estudio de caso, obteniendo información de diversas fuentes, documentos internos de la empresa y revisiones de literatura, Por ultimo esta investigación favoreció para la formulación de conclusiones, las cuales pretende que todo gerente de una organización tenga en cuenta la normatividad vigente y las actualizaciones constantes esto, con los objetivos de brindar una mejor prestación de los servicios en salud y documentar la financiación de estas patologías presentes en el País, que acorde a los datos son muy pocas las publicaciones emitidas por partes de la EPS e IPS.

This research work consists of the diagnosis of the cost of orphan and high-cost diseases within the general system of social security in health in Colombia between the years 2010 to 2020, This within the billing area of a Service Provider Institution of health. The research problem was to diagnose the variables that impact the cost of orphan and high-cost diseases, within the general system of social security in health in Colombia between 2010 and 2020. Said analysis will help us to know the impact they have had these pathologies within the SGSSS in Colombia. Where the problem arises due to ignorance of the regulations, evolution of orphan diseases and high cost. The research was carried out based on the case study methodology, obtaining information from various sources, internal company documents and literature reviews, Finally, this research favored the formulation of conclusions, which intends that every manager of an organization take into account current regulations and constant updates, with the objectives of providing a better provision of health services and documenting the financing of these pathologies present in the country, according to the data, there are very few publications issued by parts of the EPS and IPS.
