Propuesta de estructura organizacional para la empresa “Estéticar Dagua” en la ciudad de Cali

Abstract

Una propuesta de Estructura Organizacional para Esteticar Dagua permitirá optimizar procesos y contribuirá al mejor funcionamiento de la compañía, en la actualidad las empresas que no tengan definida su estructura organizacional en su mayoría presentan resultados negativos tanto en lo operacional como en lo administrativo, esto a causa de la carencia de herramientas como; manuales de procedimientos que indiquen las funciones claras que tiene cada trabajador, así como también se hace necesario que se incluya un flujograma que represente gráficamente las actividades al interior de la compañía, esto permite que no se omita ningún proceso que pueda afectar el resultado final. Una estructura Organizacional para Esteticar Dagua ayudara a fijar la misión y visión de la empresa orientándola al logro de sus objetivos planteados.
