El presente proyecto de grado se desarrolló con el objetivo de diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), en la Ladrillera Vallegres el cual busca mejorar el bienestar y laboral de sus trabajadores. El diagnóstico inicial muestra que la organización no tiene un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (SGSST), lo cual ha generado una alta accidentalidad y falencias en la identificación, control y valoración de los peligros en la organización. Luego de este diagnóstico inicial se inició la creación del el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST), desde la planificación del sistema hasta la verificación de este. Una vez con la información recopilada y el análisis previo de las condiciones en las que se encuentra la Ladrillera Vallegres en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; se procederá el Diseño Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), de la Ladrillera Vallegres, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad nacional vigente aplicable, para su cumplimiento legal y la creación de ambientes de trabajo más sanos para los empleados según los lineamientos que lleven a prevenir, mitigar, controlar o minimizar los peligros y riesgos que están presentes en las actividades de la organización. Objetivo: Diseñar el sistema de la gestión de seguridad y salud de la empresa Ladrillera Vallegres. Metodología: la investigación es un estudio descriptivo observacional de corte transversal, donde se aplicó un diagnóstico inicial con el fin de conocer la situación actual del SG-SST en la empresa objeto estudio, posteriormente se aplicó la encuesta para conocer el estudio sociodemográfico y de morbilidad de la población objeto del estudio. Se diseño procedimiento de identificación de peligros y se tomó una muestra de la identificación de peligros realizada por los empleados de la fábrica en cada área de trabajo, con esta información se construyó y se evaluó la matriz de peligros, haciendo uso de la metodología GTC 45:2012 con la cual se realiza la evaluación y valoración de los riesgos. El tercer objetivo es el diseño del plan de trabajo para la implementación del SG-SST en la empresa objeto estudio. Este está estructurado con base a los resultados del diagnóstico inicial, la aplicación de las encuestas, de la identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos, de la identificación de los requisitos legales.

This degree project was developed with the objective of designing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) at Ladrillera Vallegres, which seeks to improve the well-being and work of its workers. The initial diagnosis shows that the organization does not have an Occupational Health and Safety System (SGSST), which has generated a high accident rate and deficiencies in the identification, control and assessment of hazards in the organization. After this initial diagnosis, the creation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) began, from the planning of the system to its verification. Once the information was collected and the previous analysis of the conditions in which Ladrillera Vallegres is found in terms of safety and health at work; The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) of Ladrillera Vallegres will be designed, taking into account the current applicable national regulations, for legal compliance and the creation of healthier work environments for employees according to the guidelines that lead to preventing, mitigating, controlling or minimizing the dangers and risks that are present in the organization's activities. Objective: To design the health and safety management system of the Ladrillera Vallegres company. Methodology: The research is a descriptive, observational, cross-sectional study, where an initial diagnosis was applied in order to know the current situation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in the company under study, then the survey was applied to know the sociodemographic and morbidity study of the population under study. A hazard identification procedure was designed and a sample of the hazard identification carried out by the factory employees in each work area was taken. With this information, the hazard matrix was built and evaluated, using the GTC 45:2012 methodology with which the evaluation and assessment of risks is carried out. The third objective is the design of the work plan for the implementation of the SG-SST in the company under study. This is structured based on the results of the initial diagnosis, the application of the surveys, the identification of hazards and risk assessment, and the identification of legal requirements.
