The present compilation monograph has been elaborated with the purpose of analyzing the impacts of the organizational climate on labor relations and the consequent labor performance of the personnel linked to the companies of the health sector. A summary of the abundant literature that exists on this subject is presented. The approach to the topic is generally made based on different studies and research on the work environment, so that the analysis is made on the contribution and evidence that previous research showed with reference to the proposed topic. The background, definitions, causes-effects, characteristics and theories that sustain the research are described and they give support to produce an adequate analysis, as well as the relationship it has with other factors such as satisfaction, work motivation, leadership and commitment, all with In order to be aware of the role played by the organizational climate in the perception of the members of the organization. At present, the workplace is considered as the second home of the collaborators since normally they live with their co-workers eight hours a day or even more. It is for this reason the importance of knowing the environment that exists within an organization, since in organizations there are a series of factors that can generate certain effects on the behavior of employees and analyze these effects is of vital importance for the organization and his collaborators. One way to be aware of this environment is by analyzing the organizational climate, since by fostering a pleasant environment along with effective leadership, the employees of any organization will be of great help to achieve the fulfillment of goals and objectives. Added to this, the analysis of the different factors that influence the organizational climate either positively or negatively allows the organization to have a global view of the climate from another perspective, intervening in a timely manner and making decisions correctly.
